My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, with easy access to food and a liquor store nearby, but the service left much to be desired with a lack of transportation information for early or late flights. The rooms were spacious and elegant, but the breakfast buffet was a letdown in terms of quality and pricing.
The hotel had nice and clean rooms with access to free appetizers at night and breakfast on the 32nd floor. However, cleanliness could be improved. The location was convenient with easy access to amenities, but the lack of ambiance was a drawback.
